Shipment
a. National orders (Colombia): The products will be shipped through Servientrega S A., an external logistics operator hired by FRANCHESCA. The logistics operator is responsible for the safe delivery of the products and within the agreed times. We have a delivery time of 3 business days for Cali and 5 business days for Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Manizales, Armenia and Pereira, and up to 10 business days for the rest of the country. Delivery days are counted from the day after the order is placed.
b. International orders (outside Colombia): are not enabled.
